  We are first-time homebuyers, and we could not have asked for a better agent than Jordan Turcotte. Throughout the entire process of beginning the search, finding the home we wanted, and all the way to the moment he handed the keys over to us, he was supportive, encouraging, and incredibly diligent. He patiently and kindly endured our endless questions and made sure we knew and understood each step of the process. We never felt confused or out of the loop! In the first steps of helping us find a home, he asked us very specific questions to help us figure out exactly what we were looking for--and then, helped us stick to that outline so that we were not compromising our dream, or our budget. We never felt like a number or a commission to him--he truly cared about what we really wanted. When we finally found a home we loved, we found out an offer was being submitted at the same time as ours. Jordan walked us confidently through making a strong offer. The offer was chosen, and onward we went. Then, an unexpected hitch came up when the appraisal came back for significantly less than the offer price on our home. This is where Jordan's strength and character as a realtor truly shone. He reassured us that this was not the end, laid out all our options clearly, and then diligently worked and fought for us. We are so thankful for all of Jordan's knowledge, diligence, and hard work. We have a beautiful new home because of it! We highly recommend calling Jordan if you are looking to buy a home!
