  Time after time, I have experienced not only the best rates with State Farm, but the exceptional customer service that they provide to me, whether by a mere e-mail, phone, or simply as I have done today, to have a face-to-face with Hank Gerdes' office, Ms. Magnolia. Not only did Magnolia provide to me all the detailed information for me to make a better-informed decision of my auto policy, but she is very knowledgeable in the products that State Farm has to offer. Knowing that I can always count on State Farm, like a good neighbor, they are my best advocate in providing to me the services that I need. That, is exceptional customer service, and I am happy to have them as a good neighbor. Thank you, Hank Gerdes, Magnolia and the oh-so-welcoming staff. Keep up the great work that all you do.

  This agency is really amazing, super willing to help and go above and beyond for their customers. The entire staff is awesome, very friendly and professional, as well as knowledgeable and helpful. The office manager Michelle is really great, she is so friendly and could not be more helpful. Hank is really running a top notch office. He is also a very active member of our community, and he gives away a bike at the awards ceremony at my sons school everytime they have one! I cannot say enough about my experience with Hank, his agency and his staff! Ten stars!!
